About Us


I am your Executive Chef Vito and I invite you to join my staff and I to dine and enjoy my restaurant. I have studied at the exclusive Le Cordon Bleu Cooking & Hospitality Institute of Chicago and earned my Degree in Culinary Arts. My externship was completed at the Signature Room at the 95th in the John Hancock, and I was the recipient of the James Beard Foundation Award of 2003.

We are proud to have relocated our Bell School Road location up to Roscoe! We would like to thank all of our past customers for their continued support and welcome any new customers into our restaurant. ~ Chef Vito

If you want fabulous Italian food, Vito’s is definitely a must! The lobster ravioli is one of my favorite meals! The service is always great and the chef is absolutely wonderful. He always comes out to check on tables after the food is delivered to make sure everything is okay. He seems to want everyone to have a fantastic experience when they are in the restaurant.
