I am your Executive Chef Vito and I invite you to join my staff and I to dine and enjoy my restaurant. I have studied at the exclusive Le Cordon Bleu Cooking & Hospitality Institute of Chicago and earned my Degree in Culinary Arts. My externship was completed at the Signature Room at the 95th in the John Hancock, and I was the recipient of the James Beard Foundation Award of 2003.
